UAB’s Cancelation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is based on the following principles:
 

1. Students have the right to cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 400 NIS, provided the cancellation is done at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.

​

2. If cancellation occurs between 14 days and 72 hours before the course's start date, a credit equivalent to the amount paid will be extended to the student. This credit can be applied towards any course in the following semester and remains valid for a period of 12 months.

​

3. Should a student cancel their enrollment within 72 hours of the course's starting date, please note that neither a refund nor a credit towards future courses will be available.

4. Once booked, 1-on-1 sessions cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

*Please note, exceptions may be made under special circumstances at the discretion of the administration. It's always best to reach out to us if there are any doubts or queries regarding this policy.
