Service Description

Prerequisite: A1 or placement test The A2 Course is aimed towards students who have already studied the Hebrew basics in an Ulpan for a few weeks (Aleph) and are looking to improve their speaking skills as well as their reading and writing. The main goal of this course is to build confidence so that students are able to use Hebrew outside of the classroom and engage in conversations with native Hebrew speakers in Israel. The course will also introduce students to the past tense, new prepositions (ל, של), new travel-related vocabulary, words for the shuk (market), fruits and vegetables, as well as grammar, syntax, and a variety of linguistic structures. Additionally, the class will incorporate practice conversations to aid students in navigating day-to-day interactions in Israel. During the last week of the course, students will be required to take a test in order to qualify for the next level, A3 and continue their Hebrew studies. They will be graded on their oral and written work and based on their in-class effort and on the test. This course is held at our comfortable and inviting Tel Aviv ulpan and includes a workbook specially developed by Aviv Bertele and access to a vocabulary app tailored to your class level.

Cancelation Policy

​​1. Students may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund (with a 400 NIS cancellation fee) up to 2 weeks before the course starts. 2. Cancellation between 2 weeks and 3 days before the course starts will be refunded in credit for the following semester only (valid for 12 months only). 3. Cancellation for any reason within 72 hours before the course starts is not refundable or eligible for credit towards future courses. 4. 1-on-1 sessions are non-refundable once booked.
